This policy explains our shipping timelines, costs, and customer responsibilities. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Processing Time

  • Items that  are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

2. Shipping Timeframes

Estimated delivery times once your order has been shipped are:

  • Czech Republic & EU: 3–5 business days

  • UK: 7–10 business days

  • USA & Canada: 10–14 business days

Important: These delivery windows are estimates only. Rhuvio is not responsible for courier delays, customs processing times, or unforeseen disruptions once a package has been dispatched.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are displayed at checkout and vary based on destination.

  • Free shipping promotions or discounts will be clearly communicated during the ordering process.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Orders shipped within the European Union are not subject to customs duties.

  • Orders outside the EU may be subject to import duties, customs charges, and local taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • Rhuvio cannot calculate or predict these fees. Customers should check with their local customs office before ordering.

5. Order Tracking

  • A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.

  • Tracking details may take 24–48 hours to activate within the carrier’s system.

6. Lost or Damaged Parcels

  • If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact support@rhuvio.com within 7 days of the expected or actual delivery date.

  • We will assist in filing claims with the carrier and may, at our discretion, provide a replacement or refund.

  • Rhuvio is not liable for lost parcels due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

7. Split Shipments

  • Orders containing multiple items may occasionally be shipped separately.

  • Customers will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments.
