At Rhuvio, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may request a return in accordance with the conditions outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Customers in the European Union may exercise their right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of delivery, in compliance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

  • Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and shipped back in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Certain products may be excluded from returns, including but not limited to:

    • Final sale items

    • Limited edition drops

    • Gift cards
      Any exclusions will be clearly noted on the product page at the time of purchase.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • To start a return, email support@rhuvio.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once approved, you will receive a return authorization along with shipping instructions.

  • Items must be shipped back to our designated return address in Prague, Czech Republic.

  • Customers are strongly advised to keep proof of postage and tracking details, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original method of payment within 14 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was defective or incorrect.

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.

4. Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

  • If you wish to replace an item with a different size, color, or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order separately.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery by contacting support@rhuvio.com.

  • Upon verification, we will provide either a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund, including shipping fees.
