How and when do I get early access?
We’ll send a private access link before the public release—typically ~24 hours early (Prague/CET). Early access is limited and first-come, first-served.
Does joining reserve my size or a product?
No—joining gives you early access, not a reservation. Your item is secured once your order is completed during the window.
How long does shipping take?
Estimated delivery times once your order has been shipped are:
- Czech Republic & EU: 3–5 business days
- UK: 7–10 business days
- USA & Canada: 10–14 business days
